FOREMAN - MACHINING DUTIES:
This role is suited to a Machinist looking for a new leadership opportunity.
Prioritise and coordinate machining tasks for the team
Delegate individual responsibilities and projects
Manage and report on project status, budgets and quality standards
Communicate resourcing needs to management
Time management skills
Ensure a safe work culture
Mentoring and empowering a great team
Passion for Australian built agricultural products
Process driven role with accuracy to detail extremely important
All work to be produced to the Davimac standard.
Desirable: Experience in design
SKILLS:
Strong team focus
Pays close attention to detail
Demonstrates ability to use power tools safely and effectively.
Excellent communication skills
Effective time management and works efficiently.
